Tell us about the attack

A pit bull attacked me on 6/10/21, no fault of my own. I was at my mother’s house doing yard work. The loose pit bull was walking down the street and invaded the property by coming into the yard and attacked me with no provocation. I was bitten on both legs and hands. I received sutures on my left leg.

I am so thankful to God that my 78-year-old mother was not attacked, or even a small child!!!

The pit bull was taken to animal control for 10 days. Animal control admitted this is the 5th attack by this pit bull, but they keep giving it back to its owners!!!!!!!

This animal should be euthanized. I am a dog lover but this pit bull does not need to be roaming around. Thank you for letting me share my story.

To be more aware of loose running dogs.
